Production Range

Our waste processing systems are custom built to the highest industry standards, using only first-class EU components, materials, and craftsmanship. All of units are CE certified, and eligible for industry 4.0 programme as a result of the high level of connectivity and integration of the automation control system. A dedicated cloud-based system can provide remote monitoring, support and diagnostics and initiate autonomous maintenance processes.

We have a range of systems to cope with different and varied waste loads ranging from our largest system the WP50 which is capable of processing up to 1600 / 2000Kg per cycle of waste to our  standard, and smallest system , the WP02  with a 210 litre chamber, these Systems are capable of processing between 50 to 90kg of waste per hour (subject to the composition of waste) and is used as the basis to support our assertation of being able to deal with the expected waste of 250 persons (approx. 500kg per day) over an 8hr shift, which forms the foundation of the range of options we can offer customers across different industrial and residential sectors.

Of course, the systems can be used continuously over a 22hr period (allowing for maintenance)– with planned and preventative maintenance programmes followed- which would increase their daily capacities
